This website (sikth.co.uk) is operated by Crystal Spotlight on behalf of SikTh (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect and why
We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
- Newsletter — if you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you news, tour dates and releases. Sign-ups are processed by our email provider and protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
- Contact form — if you contact us, the form (provided by Tally, tally.so) collects the details you enter, such as your name, email and message, and passes them to us so we can reply. It is protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA.
- Server logs — our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and request information to deliver and secure the site.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third parties, each with their own privacy policies: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Tally and Google reCAPTCHA (contact form), and Bandsintown (tour dates, retrieved by our server — your data is not sent to Bandsintown by viewing the page). Video is embedded via YouTube in privacy-enhanced (“no-cookie”) mode and only loads when you choose to play a video. Links to our store (omerch) and to streaming services take you to third-party sites governed by their own policies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. Retention and changes
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected (for example, until you unsubscribe). We may update this policy from time to time; the current version always appears on this page.
